Invitation to Tender for development of The Software Systems for Internet Domain Name Registration

Serbian National Internet Domain Registry (RNIDS) Foundation hereby invites all interested suppliers to send their offer for the procurement of The Software Systems for Internet Domain Name Registration. Offers shall be submitted in written form in accordance with the tender documentation and the Rules on the Conduct of the Procurement Procedure, pursuant to an invitation issued for the award of this procurement, procurement number 2/14. Bid is considered timely if it is submitted by 3 p.m. on 1st December 2014. Bids shall be opened by committee, without the presence of bidders. Evaluation of bids shall be conducted in accordance with the criteria and procedure laid down in the tender documentation. After the decision on the award of the procurement contract is made, all bidders shall be notified. All the interested bidders can acquire the tender documentation at by sending the completed “Application form for tender documentation” to: konkurs@rnids.rs.

Invitation to Tender for Architect of the Software Systems for Internet Domain Name Registration

Serbian National Internet Domain Registry (RNIDS) is seeking experienced software designer to bid to Design the software systems for registration of internet domain names. Task will include: • Perform functional analysis of the software solution currently used by the RNIDS • Design of the software system for domain registration considering the results of the functional analysis, best practice and adopted requirements for the improvement of the current application for domain registration, as well as business demands of the RNIDS. • In the cooperation with the RNIDS, prepare tender documents and project tasks for the selection of the contractor for development and/or implementation of the program solution for internet domain name registration • Supervise and validate development and/or implementation of the software solution for internet domain name registration Proposals must be submitted before 16:00 Central European Time on August 24th 2012 for consideration, and must include all required information. Invitation to Tender for Designation as Secondary Domain Name Service (DNS) Provider

Serbian National Internet Domain Registry, (RNIDS), is seeking Secondary DNS providers to bid to host secondary DNS servers for up to twenty infrastructure zones and nearly 80.000 records. This number is expected to grow, particularly in light of fast growing Internet community in Serbia. Additionally, RNIDS is looking for sites that are situated globally, utilizing anycast technology as per RFC 4786. All contractual terms and conditions related to the work performed, Non‑disclosure of information, or liability issues must be detailed. RNIDS will require that the vendor performing this service sign a Non‑disclosure agreement due to the proprietary nature of the information RNIDS retains for its subscribers. Proposals must be submitted before 12:00 Central European Time on July 20th 2012 for consideration, and must include a statement of work, full pricing details, and references. Public invitation for Expression of Interest for consultancy services for preparation of RNIDS for certification under ISO 2700 standard

Serbian National Internet Domain Registry (RNIDS), hereby invites interested consultants to express their intention to offer services for the preparation of RNIDS for certification under ISO 2700 standard. Task will include mapping of workflows and gap analysis, preparation of processes and procedures that satisfy ISO 27000, analysis of the information system and production of a plan for bringing RNIDS in line with ISO 2700, preparation of all documents and activities necessary for the successful certification and assisting RNIDS during the certification. In order to qualify consultant must have a minimum of 5 (five) years experience in preparing companies for certification or certifying companies with ISO 2700 / BS 7799‑2 standard. Assignment is expected to last two consultant/months. Public announcement for the submission of bids is expected to be announced in mid January 2012. The second round of competition of RNIDS for co‑financing projects

RNIDS would like to remind the public that the competition for co‑financing projects has entered its second phase. The application deadline is September 1st 2010. The financial assets that remained after the first round will be allocated during this round. RNIDS co‑finances projects from three categories: marketing activities, service development and Internet popularisation, as well as expert conventions. RNIDS logo design competition now open

As of today, July 4th, until July 8th 2008, RNIDS launches a logo design competition. What RNIDS wants to achieve through the contest is an easily recognisable and visually efficient logo. First invitation for applying for accredited registrars of .rs domains

On November 16th, the Serbian National Register of Internet Domain Names (RNIDS) invited legal entities located in Serbia to apply for acquiring the status of accredited registrars of .rs domains. Organisations interested in performing a .rs domain registration can get acquainted with the Conditions and Procedures for Applying on the site of RNIDS (www.prod.rnids.beeloc.rs). Application forms can be submitted by November 23rd 2007, until 04:00pm. On November 26th, RNIDS will send the Contract for signing to first candidates for accredited registrars. The deadline for sending back the signed Contract and paying determined fees is December 3rd 2007. Candidates for accredited registrars should pass the testing procedure until the mid December 2007. The next round of applying for accredited registrars of .rs domains should take place during January 2008. The Managing Board of RNIDS is expected to bring a decision on the starting date for registering .rs domains for end users during December 2007.
