Today, an Agreement on Cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Society and the Serbian National Register of Internet Domain Names (RNIDS) at the Serbian Government building. The Agreement was signed by Minister Jasna Matić and Director of RNIDS Nenad Marinković.
The Agreement regulates principles on which RNIDS operates and cooperates with the relevant ministry. It also defines obligations of RNIDS related to its status, the manner of performing its activities, transparency of its operation, providing equality in the registration process, assuring accessibility and availability of critical parts of the Internet infrastructure, as well as acting of Agreement Parties in case of problems.
